SURROUNDINGS OF VITORIA-GASTEIZ

Near the capital, Vitoria-Gasteiz, the freight railway terminal and the cargo airport are three important business parks:

Jundiz is one of the largest business parks in Europe with nearly 7,000,000 m2. The Vitoria Intermodal Transport and Logistics Centre is located within this park. Jundiz also has a 136,000 m2 Service Centre which includes a hotel, bank offices, cafeteria/restaurant, commercial pavilions, office building and golf course.

The Los LLanos ( 211,331 m2 ) and Subillabide (994,685 m2) business parks are integrated into the logistics axis of the A-1 motorway: Arasur-Jundiz-Airport, between the municipalities of Vitoria-Gasteiz and Iruña de Oca, offering companies an enclave of enormous logistical value.

NORTHERN AXIS OF THE A-1 MOTORWAY

Next to the town of Araia lie the Asparrena-San Millán and Okiturri business parks, which together cover an area of almost 1,500,000 m2.

Agurain and Galzar business parks span over 700,000 m2 and are located in Agurain-Salvatierra, 30 km from Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Linked to the automotive industry, located in this strategic area are the Michelin logistics centre, spanning 80,000 m2, and Logiberia, spanning 220,000 m2, as well as large European transport operators such as Patinter and companies specialising in temperature-controlled transport and logistics, such as Primafrío or the Transonuba Group (GTO).
